Leek Cream Soup

INGREDIENTS 3 medium leeks (white portion only), sliced 1 medium onion, chopped 1 large potatoe, peeled and sliced 2 cups chicken broth 2 cups half-and-half cream fresh parsley salt and pepper to taste DIRECTIONS Cook the leeks, onion and later the potatoe until soft. Add 2 cups of boiled water Add 2 cups half-and-half cream (you can add it while mixing) With the mixer, mix the soup until smooth. Heat again, stirring the cream in. Serve with the parsley sprinkled on top. It is also called Vichysoisse questions?¿ Go on then!!!
