We need the sun!
It controls our moods making us smile when it is bright!
That´s why many of us feel blue in cloudy days.
We need vitamin D to keep our bones and muscles strong and healthy!
Vitamin D forms in the skin when it is exposed to UV from sunlight.
You can get it from some kind of fish , i.e Tuna.

yeah!! today a little sun is out, so i'm going now to play my every-thursday tennis hour, and, of course, to get that vitamin D..
WE need to get our plain belly (se dice así?? jajaj!!) by june...
